I get to the root of the problem, design the solution and see it through to a finished product.
I started on the process line and moved on to machine operator, intake and the office. Quality, intake and everything in between became familiar. In the office I did my first analyses by hand in Excel, and that's where I decided to learn to crunch large amounts of data with code in seconds instead of months of manual work.
I studied ICT engineering on the From Data to AI track at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences, online and alongside work. The whole chain from collecting and refining data to machine learning and AI-powered services, with plenty of projects for real companies.
Romu was building its own Power Apps platform, and I moved into its development. I took on AI and data privacy, and that's where my first products were born.
I joined Rajatapaus to lead the technical development of its products. More on that below.

The setup has since been retired, and many of its ideas are now part of OPS Nordic.
These are history now, but everything learned from them went straight into what came next.
OPSNordicThis is the one I care about most. It's built on years of work: first the Power Apps solutions at Romu, then Turva+, Kone+ and the agents. Everything learned along the way is now one platform for everyday industrial work. A worker logs an observation on their phone in a couple of seconds, and supervisors see it right away. Many people have helped design it, and I lead its development. I improve it every week.
